Marjoram + Jasmine: Tension Release Bath soak

What it's good for:

Jasmine is said to be the most powerful euphoric oil and can ease mental tension + exhaustion, lift moods and relieve stress. This gorgeous oil is known for calming nerves, balancing emotions and inducing positive vibes.

Marjoram is great for tension headaches, grief and general aches and pains.

Calendula is super healing and soothing

 

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour 2 cup epsom salts into bowl
  2. In a seperate bowl pour 5ml calendula carrier oil
  3. Add 12 drops of jasmine essential oil to the oil, mix thoroughly
  4. Add 10 drops of marjoram essential oil to the oil, mix thoroughly
  5. Add oil mixture into the salt mixture, mix thoroughly
  6. Let sit for 10-15 minutes
  7. Pour a warm, not hot temperature bath
  8. Add in salt mixture and disperse well
  9. Hop in an enjoy for 20 minutes

 

Drink lots of water during and after your bath and you can apply a natural body lotion for yummy hydrating skin.
