Stressed the F#$% Out?

We all get that sometimes Fo Sho.

But it's all good. We can help.

First things, first.

  1. Take 10 deep breaths right now. Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth. Really feel the lungs fill up with each Inhale and let the stress release from your body with every exhale.
  2. Then make yourself a little DIY stree-less care treatment:

Stress-Less Bath Blend

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour 25ml of sweet almond oil in small dish
  2. Add 4 drops orange essential oil
  3. Add 3 drops lavender essential oil
  4. Add 1 drop ylang ylang essential oil
  5. Optional: Add 5 ml of St.John's Wort Oil for added therapeutic properties
  6. Add oil mixture to 1.5 cup of epsom salts
  7. Mix thoroughly and add to warm bath water 

 

Benefits:

This blend can stimulate the release of body's stress reducing chemicals, lift spirits, offer emotional support, and calm reactions.

 

Relax, enjoy, melt away the shit that no longer serves you.
